Over the last several years we have worked with Pedroni Construction (specifically Bob) in both commercial and residential projects. Bob has tremendous architectural design abilities, talent and is dependable. He is a very good listener and then offers ideas and choices to achieve the desired result.
Our residential remodel was an older home and required alot of patience and thoughtful vision to bring about the changes that were accomplished. The crew was always professional so we never worried about trying to carry on living in our house during the remodel.
On our commercial project, we often receive many compliments on our tasting room. We were very pleased with the recommendations and results of the subcontractors that Bob suggested. For future projects small or large we definitely will be using Pedroni Construction.

When we decided to build our winery and home in Dry Creek Valley, we asked around for recommendations of a builder who could do the quality work that we needed for our project. The name that kept coming up from so many people was Bob Pedroni. After gathering a few other suggestions we started interviewing selected contractors and of course Bob Pedroni was one of them. Unfortunately at that time, he was already working on another project and was unavailable to start our winery project within our time frame so we had to go with another contractor for our winery construction. When we were ready to build our 4800 square ft. home, we contacted Bob Pedroni and this time he was available and so we gladly hired him for our home project. He built our home on time and on budget and we were and are still so pleased with his craftsmanship. He was so great to work with throughout the project since he was actually there every day building our home himself. I have recommended Bob Pedroni to several of my friends and they have also been so pleased with their experience with him as their contractor as well.
