Yoakim Bridge

When Brian Sullivan and Gayle Okumura Sullivan, owners of Dry Creek Peach, decided to renovate their 1950s era house they knew that they wanted to maintain the feeling of their 60-year-old farmhouse. Working closely with the Sullivan’s architect, Pedroni Construction did just that when they remodeled the existing home and added over 600 sq. ft. of new space. The great room with its 3 sets of French doors has a lovely view of the peach orchard. The kitchen, a priority on Mrs. Sullivan’s wish list, is open and uncluttered with 30 in. counters instead of the usual 24 for additional workspace. The 10 ft. island is half Carrara marble and half stainless steel, beautiful yet functional. The remodel also includes a screened in porch reminiscent of Mr. Sullivan’s youth spent on the East Coast.
